THE STORY
I first started creating press-on nails for myself, family & friends. I wanted something luxurious & custom that fitted so perfectly they looked like real nails – not the poorly fitting stick-on nails sold in supermarkets. I had to keep my nails short for work & wanted beautiful nails when out & about, so creating my own press-ons seemed like a great idea.
A couple of friends, a carer and a hospitality worker, had the same problem so I made some nails for them. Then for a family member who bites her nails & wanted to look on point for an interview. Next came the friends who had serious nail damage due to acrylics.
The list grew & I was thrilled to see that people loved wearing my nails & started to ask for more! With demand growing, I decided to make this my full-time business – and haven’t looked back since!

Why ILLUMINATE by Liana? I’m very passionate about bringing happiness to people’s lives; kindness, looking out for each other & our animal friends, & bringing a touch of light into this world – hence the name, Illuminate.
A major part of my decision to turn my creativity into a business was the change I saw in people who wear my press-ons.
My lovely clients tell me they enjoy the ritual of opening the pretty box to discover their newly arrived set of nails, the moment of self-care & pampering as they apply their new mani, and, most important of all, the boost in confidence that comes with fabulous-looking luxury nails. They love too the ability to explore & express their inner self, switching up their nails to suit their beliefs, events, activities, mood & outfits.
Animals are very important to me too, so I use only salon-grade, professional products that are 100% cruelty-free & vegan-friendly.

Each set of nails is custom-created to your specifications, carefully measured for a perfect fit. You can choose any length or shape, for any of the designs - or request a fully custom design based on your own ideas. I love bringing your ideas to life!
