Can I order different lengths and shapes for all of the designs?
Yes! All of the designs are available in Long, Short, Coffin, Almond, Stiletto, Square & Round. Just select your favourite when ordering. You'll find all of the shapes and lengths available in the Sizing & Shapes Guide.
How do I know what size to order?
Just check out the easy-to-follow Sizing & Shapes Guide to ensure the perfect fit. It's important to measure your nails, as your press-on nails will be shaped and customised precisely to fit your nails.
To measure your nails, all you'll need is some sticky tape, a pen, and a ruler/measuring tape. If you have any questions, just send me a message and I'll be only too happy to help.
What if I love a design but want it in a different colour or finish?
No problem! You can request a colour change or different finish (matte/glossy) for all of the designs, at no extra cost. Just leave a message in the "Note" section when you place your order.
What’s included with my nail order?
You will receive everything you need for a flawless application:
– Each nail set is delivered in a beautiful box, perfect for storing your nails or ideal to give as a gift
– 10 nails of your desired size, length and shape
– 12 adhesive tabs
– Nail glue
– Nail file (super cute and pink!)
– Nail buffer
– Cuticle pusher
– 2 Cleansing/alcohol wipes
– Care and Application instructions sheet
Are the nails reusable?
Yes, they are! This is one of the huge benefits of my press-on nails: with proper care, you will be able to reuse them again and again. You can easily switch to another set to match your mood or occasion, and they come in a beautiful box that is perfect for storing the sets you're not using. You'll receive a Care and Application instruction sheet with each nail set that explains how to apply, take care of, and remove your press-on nails.
How long do the nails stay on and are they durable?
All of my press-on nails are crafted using 5-6 layers of high-quality professional gel polish, making them durable and long-lasting. They are designed to withstand everyday wear and are fully reusable with proper care. When applied with the nail glue provided, your press-ons will stay in place up to 2-3 weeks. If you choose to use the gel adhesive tabs, they will typically stay in place for 2-3 days, making this option perfect for shorter wear or special occasions. Proper nail prep is key to getting the longest wear from your set. Each order includes a detailed Care and Application guide with easy step-by-step instructions on how to prep, apply, care for and remove your press-ons to keep them looking their best.
Can I order my own custom design?
Yes! I love hearing your ideas and creating custom sets for you! If you have an idea in mind and want to create a unique design just for you, get in touch via the Custom Designs page and I'll get back to you shortly to discuss your ideas.
Are your products cruelty-free & vegan?
All of the products I use to create your nails are cruelty-free and vegan-friendly. It is very important to me to only use products that don’t harm our animal friends.
When will I receive my nails?

Each set of Illuminate by Liana Press-On Nails is carefully hand-painted and personalised just for you. Orders are created and dispatched within 3-5 days after purchase.
WANT YOUR NAILS EVEN FASTER? The Prioritize My Order option lets you move to the front of the queue so your set is dispatched in 1-2 working days. Please note, the Prioritize My Order option is available in limited quantities each week, so grab it while it's available.
DELIVERY / SHIPPING: Items are shipped via Royal Mail & its partner International Shipping Carriers worldwide. For countries outside the UK, you can view the International Carrier & tracking Information for your country here: International Shipping Carriers.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT TAXES
Any taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Depending on the receiving country, your package may incur local customs or VAT charges. I recommend contacting your local customs office for more information regarding your country's customs policies.
Illuminate by Liana cannot be held responsible for delays due to customs or the postal service, as sadly this is out of my control.

Recent Changes to US Customs Regulations:
The new regulations imposed in August 2025 by the US administration mean that all international parcels are subject to import duties, taxes, and handling fees upon arrival, determined by US Customs.
As a small business, one of my core values is offering high-quality, affordable products - and I do not feel comfortable passing on unpredictable and potentially excessive costs to my customers. Therefore, I have had to make the very difficult decision to pause shipping to the US for now. I am truly sorry to all of my US customers, but sadly this situation is beyond my control. Thank you for your understanding - and please do get in touch if you have any questions.
